Stop Feeling this Way:

Start Feeling this Way:

  • Working evenings and weekends to compensate for skill gaps

  • Dreading feedback conversations and losing sleep over ones you haven't had yet

  • Avoiding hard conversations that are quietly draining you

  • Reacting under pressure instead of responding with intention

  • Replaying conversations in your head long after the workday ends

  • Micromanaging because you don't trust it will get done correctly

  • Second-guessing every decision you make

  • Working from a clear sense of who you are and how you want to lead your team

  • Delivering feedback with clarity, and receiving it without shutting down

  • Navigating conflict so your team actually trusts you

  • Building a system that supports high performance without burning you out

  • Ending the day with confidence in how you showed up, and reclaiming time that's yours

  • Delegating with structure so you can focus on what actually matters

  • Making decisions from a grounded framework instead of fear or habit

My Experience

Danielle Image 1 (1).jpg

For years, I lived with one foot in motherhood and the other tiptoeing through my career. Both mattered. But as my kids got older and life started shifting, something in me shifted too.

Mid-life hit me like a train. The title, the vacations, the number in the bank account stopped feeling fulfilling. I wanted my impact to be bigger than my resumé, and I wanted to be a living example for my daughters that purpose and ambition can grow together at any stage of life.

"Technical skill is what gets you promoted. Emotional intelligence is what helps you stay, and more importantly, thrive."

Within six years, I worked my way from support staff to VP of Learning, Instruction & Curriculum. On paper, it looked like success. Behind closed doors, I was drowning. With all that experience, I still didn't know how to show up as my best self. I didn't have the confidence, the clarity, or the emotional intelligence the role required.

Two years ago, I stopped trying to figure it out alone. What I learned changed everything. I wasn't broken. I was untrained, like so many women promoted on hard work without preparation or guidance.

I built this program because women like me and you deserve more than survival strategies. This is where you discover how to work well and live fully.

How It Works

01

Month 1 · Self-Awareness

Who are you?

We start here because skills without self-awareness are just tactics. Before we look at how you're performing, we look at who you are: your values, your patterns, and the history you've carried into this role. Everything that follows is built on this foundation.

02

Month 2 · Self-Management

How are you performing?

Awareness without action keeps you stuck. This month we close the gap between how you think you're coming across and how you're actually landing. We build the capacity to regulate under pressure, make decisions with confidence, and protect your energy.

03

Month 3 · Social Awareness

Read the room.

Leadership becomes relational this month. We look honestly at the relationships and dynamics you're navigating—the feedback conversations, the conflicts, and the things you've been avoiding—building the skills to handle them with more clarity.

04

Month 4 · Sustainable Practice

Build what lasts.

Real change doesn't last without a structure to hold it. This month we design a way of working that's built to last—not another set of goals to chase, but a personal operating plan that reflects the leader who you've become during our time together.

The Structure

  • 2 1:1 sessions a month (60 minutes each)
  • Ongoing WhatsApp/Email support between sessions
  • Comprehensive Worksheets, PDFs, and tailored resources

Common Questions

Is this coaching or therapy?

This is coaching. Forward-facing, skills-focused, and grounded in emotional intelligence. We're not diagnosing anything or unpacking your past. We use self-awareness as a starting point so the skills we build actually stick in your career.

How is this different from reading a leadership book or taking an online course?

Books and YouTube videos hand you information. Coaching is what turns information into change. You probably already know what you "should" do, most of my clients do. What you don't have is someone in the work with you, helping you see what you can't see in yourself, and holding the line when the old patterns try to come back. That's not a book's job. That's a coach's.

Will this help me advance in my career?

The honest answer: career advancement is often a side effect of this work, not the goal of it. You'll think more clearly, communicate with more authority, and lead from a place that isn't running on fumes. Companies tend to reward that. But what changes most is you, and that shows up everywhere, not just on a performance review.

What is the investment?

Monthly payments are typically about $400-$750.
